Warning Notice to Water Consumers
WEXFORD COUNTY COUNCIL
It has come to the attention of Wexford County Council that a commercial company is phoning and calling to private houses, claiming to be carrying out a survey on behalf of the Water Services Section.
Wexford County Council would like to advise the public that no such survey is being carried out at present.
All Council staff carry an Identity Card and if anyone calls to your property, claiming to be from Wexford County Council, always ask to see their identification.
If you are in any doubt as to the legitimacy of a caller from Wexford County Council, please ring the relevant section with the name of the caller, to verify the reason for the call.
