SECTION 75 OF ROADS ACT 1993

TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ROADS

Wexford County Council having given notice on 1st July 2009 of its intention to close the roads listed hereunder to public traffic has decided to close the roads listed hereunder to public traffic on the following dates: from 6:00pm on Tuesday 25th August 2009 to 6:00pm on Friday 25th September 2009 to facilitate pipe laying in connection with the Gorey Regional Water Supply Scheme - South Wellfield Project.

Road Closures:

Road Nos.:       L5080-1.

Townlands:       Ballyminaun Hill, Ballykale.

Alternative Routes:

Routes:             Crossroads at Barnadown / Barnadown Lower / Ballyminaun / Coolnahinch / Crossroads at Ballykale .

Road Nos.:       L5078 and R741.

Alternative routes will be signposted.  Local access will be facilitated.
