The MTO Taxes Vehicles and processes Drivers Licence applications and provides a range of customer services to facilitate these.
NB: Wexford MTO still processes applications for driver licences, but no longer issues the licences themselves, which are posted directly to the applicant.

You may post your completed forms to the Motor Tax Office at Carriglawn. Do not put cash into posted envelopes.

Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Postal Order, Credit and Debit Cards (not American Express.) Postal orders and cheques must be made payable to "Wexford County Council." Please ensure that cheques are crossed "Motor Tax." |

Application forms for motor tax can be downloaded here. Click on Application Forms in the Right Hand Panel. For Driver Licence and other non downloadable forms, contact us by phone or e-mail. We'll post the form to you immediately. You can get forms from: Main Reception, County Hall, Carriglawn. Local Council offices in New Ross, Gorey and Enniscorthy, our Branch Libraries and your local Garda Station. |
