Suitability Assessment for Building Contract
Wexford County Council seeks expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Building Contractors who wish to be included on an approved tender list from which tenders will be invited for the above project.
Candidates will be pre-qualified on the basis of the information submitted in response to this notice.
The Suitability Assessment Questionnaire will be available from Wednesday 10th November 2010 and can be obtained by downloading from www.wexford.ie & www.e-tenders.ie

The work will consist of the construction of 5 number social houses with ancillary site works and will be conducted under the New Government Public Works Contracts.
Any enquiries pertaining to this notice must be received in writing by 12:00 noon Friday 19th November 2010. Under no circumstances will enquiries be accepted after this date.
A response to enquiries will be circulated by e-mail to all contactable participants by close of business on Monday 22nd November 2010.
The fully completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire must be returned in an envelope marked “Walnut Grove-Expression of Interest” and submitted by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 24th November 2010 to:
