Wexford County Council Housing Section maintain a ‘Builder Register’ of approved builders for housing work where the estimated construction value is below< €190,000 (incl. VAT).

Following recent departmental changes in the housing department, housing supply has been split into two sections, construction and maintenance. The following is the construction Builders Register.
Only approved builders on the Register will be invited to bid for/and undertake new construction. The Register will be updated to include new builders from time to time and Wexford County Council reserves the right to remove builders should they fail to provide current Insurance, Tax or Pension documentation or should their work fall below acceptable standards.
