Application to EPA for Discharge Licence - Blackwater

APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR A WASTE WATER DISCHARGE LICENCE.

Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford, Co. Wexford, Telephone No. 053 9176500, proposes to seek approval from the Environmental Protection Agency for a Wastewater Discharge Licence for the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant at Inch, Castle Ellis, Blackwater, Co. Wexford.

The existing development consists of a Wastewater Treatment Plant at Inch, Castle Ellis, Blackwater, Co. Wexford (Grid Ref: 312994E 133800N) to treat sewage generated in Blackwater Village and Environs, which is collected via a partially combined gravity collection network.  The primary discharge point (to the Blackwater River) is located at Grid Ref: 313032E 133805N.

The application for a Wastewater Discharge Licence alongside any other information pertaining to the Wastewater Discharge Licence, will be made available for inspection or purchase from the Environmental Protection Agency as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Agency.
