Application to EPA for Discharge Licence - Rosslare Strand

APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR A WASTE WATER DISCHARGE LICENCE.

ROSSLARE STRAND AND ENVIRONS

Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford, Co. Wexford, Telephone No. 053 9176500, proposes to seek approval from the Environmental Protection Agency for a Wastewater Discharge Licence for the existing Waste Water Treatment Plant at Grange, Rosslare Strand, Co. Wexford.

The existing development consists of a Wastewater Treatment Plant at Grange, Rosslare Strand, Co. Wexford (Grid Ref: 309404E 115248N) to treat sewage generated in Rosslare Strand Village and Environs, which is collected via a partially combined, pumped and gravity collection network.  The primary discharge point (to St. Georges Channel) is located approximately 258 meters east of Grid Ref 309896E 116751N.

The application for a Wastewater Discharge Licence alongside any other information pertaining to the Wastewater Discharge Licence, will be made available for inspection or purchase from the Environmental Protection Agency as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Agency.
