Application to EPA for Discharge Licence - Coolgreaney

APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR A WASTE WATER DISCHARGE LICENCE.

COOLGREANY AND ENVIRONS

Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council, County Hall, Co. Wexford, Telephone No. 053 9176500, proposes to seek approval from the Environmental Protection Agency for a Wastewater Discharge Licence for the Existing Wastewater Treatment Plant at Monature, Coolgreany and a new plant at Monature, Coolgreany, Co Wexford, to replace the aforementioned wastewater treatment plant.

The existing development consists of a existing wastewater treatment plant at, Monature, Coolgreany Co. Wexford (Grid Ref: 318942E, 169211E) which treats sewage generated in  Coolgreaney Village and Environs, and the new wastewater treatment plant at Monature, Coolgreany Co Wexford Grid Ref (319672E 168870N) which is to replace the aforementioned existing wastewater treatment plant which is collected via a partially combined, pumped and gravity collection network. The primary discharge point (to the Clonough River) is located at Grid Ref: 319660E 168824N. The secondary discharge point (to the Clonough River) is located at Grid Ref: 318942E 169211N.

The application for a Wastewater Discharge Licence alongside any other information pertaining to the Wastewater Discharge Licence, will be made available for inspection or purchase from the Environmental Protection Agency as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Agency.
