APPLICATION TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY FOR A WASTE WATER DISCHARGE LICENCE.

Notice is hereby given that Wexford County Council, County Hall, Wexford, Co. Wexford, Telephone No. 053 9176500, proposes to seek approval from the Environmental Protection Agency for a Wastewater Discharge Licence for the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant at Ballygerry, Kilrane, Rosslare Harbour, Co. Wexford.
The existing development consists of a Wastewater Treatment Plant at Ballygerry, Kilrane, Rosslare Harbour, County Wexford (Grid Ref: 312158E, 112105N) to treat sewage from Rosslare Harbour Village and Environs, which is collected by a partially combined pumped and gravity collection network. The primary discharge point (to St. Georges Channel) is located approximately 2 metres north of 313137E, 112580N.
The application for a Wastewater Discharge Licence alongside any other information pertaining to the Wastewater Discharge Licence, will be made available for inspection or purchase from the Environmental Protection Agency as soon as is practicable after receipt by the Agency.
