European Communities (Access To Info On The Environment) Regs 2007
Notice is hereby given that, with effect from 25th August, 2008, the fees set out hereunder will be charged by Wexford County Council for making available environmental information in accordance with the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment) Regulations 2007:
Search & Retrieval
€20.95 per hour for the time spent in efficiently locating records
Photocopying
€0.04 per page
Waiver
A fee in respect of search and retrieval and photocopying may be waived
where the cost is estimated at less than €10.00.
