Accessible Toilets
Universal Key
The universal key provided to wheelchair users is required to gain access to the accessible toilets. Notices are posted on each toilet as to the local arrangements for arranging use of the key. Alternatively you can contact the Irish Wheelchair association for details on how to apply for a key if you do not already have one. The I.W.A details are http://www.iwa.ie/.
The policy of locking the toilets is so as to stop the misuse and damaged to the accessible toilets.
